These Haymarket, Virginia spring mini sessions were taken in the same place I captured Christmas minis last fall. It was so great seeing so many clients in one day. The mini sessions were a mix of previous clients and new faces! One client’s oldest daughter (who is only nine years old) was already as tall as me! I know by the next time I see them, she’ll be even taller. I love watching families grow behind my lens.

The last fall mini session of the year took place at Claude Moore Park in Sterling, Virginia. It was a good combination of previous clients and several new faces as well! The weather had all of us worried. The day before the session was super cold….

Another round of mini sessions is in the books! I love the variety of clients I had for this set of Chantilly, Virginia fall mini sessions. There were two senior sessions, one maternity session, one individual session and the rest were all family sessions. I went back to the same location I discovered with my last set of minis in Chantilly, Virginia. The location was so beautiful and perfect for this shoot!

Christmas season is officially on the horizon! My Christmas mini sessions are just what I needed to get me in the holiday spirit! The mini sessions took place at Silver Lake Park in Haymarket, Virginia. The original plan was to have a red truck and Santa for these sessions. However, the Santa who owns the red truck had an unfortunate medical emergency that will require him to take this Christmas season off.

I surely enjoyed planning and executing the watermelon themed session that I did back in June that I decided I have to do another themed session soon. And since my daughter just turned 5 last week and will be in Kindergarten soon, I decided to do a Back to School Mini Session and offer a few sessions in August for moms, like myself, who would like to document their every child’s milestones.
