I’ll admit, I started off a little on edge for these Ellanor C. Lawrence Park Fall Family Photos. The forecast was originally calling for rain. We waited until the night before the session to finalize our decision to go through with it or not. Fortunately, the forecast changed from a rainy day to a cloudy day, so we went for it! However, on my drive over to the location, it was drizzling rain. I was so nervous but knew the session must go on…
What a beautiful day to be a Washington DC Photographer! This family session was a sunrise session and allowed me the rare opportunity to watch the sun rise above the Washington Monument. It was so breath taking and there’s nothing quite like that experience. I’m glad I was able to have that special moment while waiting for my clients to arrive. I enjoyed meeting this family so much!
The family photos I did earlier this week in Prince William County, Virginia was very special. The entire family session was taken at the trails in their neighborhood where they just recently moved into. The trail where we did their family portraits at is one of the trails that they take during their family walk multiple times a week. Not to mention that they haven’t had professional family photos done for 3 years, and the girls are growing up too fast. So this family session in Manassas, Virginia means a lot to them.
