FAMILY SESSION IN ALDIE, VIRGINIA BY A LOUDOUN COUNTY FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER
Last Sunday’s family session at Willowsford in Aldie, Virginia has been months in the making. Last February, J, the mom, reached out to me for a Cherry Blossoms mini session. We scheduled their family photo shoot in April. But because of the pandemic, we had to reschedule it this fall. When J booked their family session, R, the toddler, was a 4-month old baby. Last Sunday, R just recently turned 1. So just imagine my excitement when their family session is finally about to happen.
We had the perfect fall weather last Sunday at their family session. Willowsford is such a beautiful neighborhood; and I couldn’t be any happier that J and A, the dad, chose this as our location. There’s a lot of beautiful spots to take photos at just in the particular area where we were. It’s no wonder it was filled with photographers and families last Sunday.
R is such a happy & fun toddler. He loves being tickled, kissed, & thrown in the air. Watching this beautiful family be themselves & love each other during their family photo shoot is just amazing. This is one of the reasons why I love being a family photographer; because I get to witness love in its simplest yet most beautiful form!
