If you’ll remember a blog post I did a few months ago about a product photoshoot for a brand manufacturing Montessori-based children’s toys and furnitures I did last year, the same brand reached out a few months after the photoshoot to do a Christmas-themed product photoshoot. Not only that, they also did a quarterly subscription. I was absolutely over the moon when Nikki reached out again; because (1) that means they loved the photos I delivered during our first photoshoot so much for them to want to work with me every quarter; and (2) Christmas is my favorite holiday so I was very excited to start conceptualizing for the photoshoot.
We did their product photos around October so that they have pictures to use for their holiday campaign and a product launch they are planning for the holidays. We photographed 3 new products during these photoshoot, 1 of the products was specifically for Christmas, 1 was for Hanukkah, and 2 products for holiday present idea which are the balance board & dollhouse. Unlike our first photoshoot, we only used 1 location and style each of the spot to be different so that they have enough variety. We hired 3 sets of kid models and I had the best time capturing adorable moments while the kids had fun playing with the toys.
