They say love comes at the most unexpected times and in the most unexpected places. I am a strong believer of that because that’s how I found my husband. But there are some people who are very lucky to find the love that they are looking for while they are looking for it.
Inside the banquet room at 8 Chains North, everyone was busy catching up with each other. Some were sitting at the table chatting, others were standing while talking to each other and giggling with a wine glass on their hands. And suddenly, the door opened.
K, the mom, put her arms around T, her daughter. T looked at her mom, smiling. Her eyes filled with excitement and joy. K looked at her daughter, the same girl she’s been looking at for the past 18 years. But that afternoon, at their backyard, everything felt different.
