In Home Newborn Photography in Centreville, Virginia
Welcoming a newborn into the family is one of life’s most precious moments, and capturing those moments in photographs is a wonderful way to preserve those memories forever. Recently, I had the pleasure of doing an in home newborn photography session for a family of four in Centreville, Virginia.
D, the dad, Y, the mom, and R, the big brother, just welcomed Baby S into their family. We started their in home newborn session in their living room; and then later on, we moved into their master bedroom. R is so into Baby S, as much as D and Y. He loves holding her, looking at her, and just loving on her. It was so beautiful to watch a little boy love his baby sister as much as he does. R is super sweet! He even gave me one of his toy cars before I left.
One thing I love about in home newborn photography is the fact that no one session is the same. Depending on the family’s personality and interests, and what the family chooses to highlight, every newborn session is going to be different. This family in particular chose to incorporate some items that hold a special meaning to their family, and I’m here for it. I want to make sure that items with special meaning get incorporated in the photoshoot, like a blanket knitted by grandma or an old stuffy from when Dad was a child.
D & Y – Thank you so much for trusting me to do your in home newborn photos in Centreville, VA. I had the best time with your beautiful family. Baby S is super lucky to have you and R in her life. I know that she is so loved just by watching you all interact with each other during your photoshoot.
