Downtown Reston, Virginia Edgy Senior Photography
This location in downtown Reston, VA is quickly becoming a favorite among my clients especially those who want to have edgy senior pictures. And I mean, I can’t blame them! This location is perfect for urban senior photos because you get the city vibe without the location being overcrowded. If you’ll remember, when I did the senior session in fall at this location, it was also windy. I have learned this time around that that particular spot was built to be a wind tunnel. Now I know why, no matter what time of day & regardless of the weather, it’s always windy at that particular spot. Haha!
J, the high school senior, killed her session. She was a natural in front of the camera. It absolutely felt like I was photographing a professional model. That’s how awesome she was! She definitely made my job so much easier. The vibe that J was going for is absolutely different from the past senior sessions that I’ve done in the past; but let me tell all of you that I LOVE every second of it! And that’s what I love about my senior experience. No 2 sessions will be exactly the same. It is customized based on the senior’s personality and interest.
I love the outfits that J had chosen for her photos because they gave her different looks for her senior pictures which I absolutely recommend. Her first outfit for her senior photos was a white dress with blue florals which was perfectly paired with her white & blue sneakers. She then changed into a black cropped top, jeans, and a pair of orange Air Jordans. Her last outfit was a green corset top paired with black cargo pants, black leather jacket, and black Dr. Martens. I must say that she looked stunning in all of them!!!
J & J – I had an amazing time with both of you in downtown Reston, VA for these edgy senior pictures! I am obsessed with how these photos turned out!
