IN HOME NEWBORN PHOTOS IN FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA

These Fairfax County, Virginia in home newborn photos were so fun and chill. This family of four was wonderful and very easy to work with. I love doing this style of newborn session because the family feels most comfortable and relaxed at home. I can always get natural, authentic images that turn out beautifully. There is also no pressure for the family to rush to get to a location while adjusting to life with a new addition. The little ones also feel more at home in their own environment and open up to the camera more easily. I highly recommend trying this style of session for your newborn photos!

E, the big sister, was shy at first but warmed up to me as the session went on. She was so curious and serious at first. E looked at with me with a very serious, straight face until a few tricks helped her feel more comfortable and give us a smile for her photos. By the end of the session, she was playing with me and showing me all of her toys. It was so cute!

The session was very laid back and relaxing. Their master bedroom had great lighting. We were able to capture most of our session there. Baby boy, L, slept in the master bedroom where his parents, T and C, made a special space for him in their room. I got some of the sweetest images of him sleeping. This session just flowed so easily and naturally, we were able to get some beautiful photos! I had the best time getting to know this family and capturing these Fairfax County, Virginia in home newborn photos.

T and C, Thank you so much for trusting me to document this special milestone in your family’s life. I can definitely see E becoming the best big sister ever. Your family is so beautiful and it was an honor being a witness to all the love that you guys have for each other during your in home newborn photos in Northern VA this weekend. Good luck with everything! I am sure that you both will do a wonderful job raising your 2 adorable babies!
