As I posed S, the senior, as she was sitting on a stone bridge during her Gainesville, Virginia fall senior session, I felt a drop of water on my skin. I looked up at the sky, and I felt another drop. I looked at M, S’s mom, and asked her if was raining. It sure was.
Two years ago, I set out on a beautiful adventure to do an outdoor Christmas mini sessions. It was a very memorable experience and I loved every minute of it! To keep things fresh, I decided to host my very first studio Christmas minis in Northern VA this year.
I had the pleasure of doing the lifestyle newborn pictures for this family of three in Ashburn, Virginia. It was so rewarding to see the sheer joy of K – the mom and P – the dad, as they welcome the arrival of their beautiful baby girl – L. Having previously done their summer maternity pictures in Reston, VA a month before, it was so pleasing to see them become loving and doting parents to their adorable baby girl.
