At Home Newborn Photos in Warrenton, Virginia

They say that rain on a special occasion brings good luck. Well, it seems luck was on my side during a recent at home newborn photo shoot in Warrenton, Virginia for a family of four, because what was supposed to be a rainy day turned into a beautiful sunny day. It was perfect for a photo session! 

The mom – E, the dad – B and the big sister – CJ just welcomed Baby H into their family. Just a couple of months ago, I had the privilege of doing their botanical garden maternity photos, so it was truly a great honor to be given another chance to capture another significant milestone in their lives!

Our at home newborn session begun in their living room, then we moved outside their house to document where the girls are growing up in. We then moved into the master bedroom and then we finished our photo shoot in the nursery. It’s a good thing that E’s parents were there visiting, so we did some photos with them as well. Their 7-year old rescue bunny – M also joined for some photos to add an extra dose of cuteness into our session.  

In between breaks, CJ and I found time to play and connect. She quickly developed a fondness for my presence, not wanting me to leave her side. It filled my heart with happiness, knowing that I had created a safe and comfortable environment for her!
