As a family photographer in Ashburn, Virginia, one of my greatest privilege is to witness a family’s journey as they grow and be given a chance to capture and document each of their milestones using my camera. 

Two years ago, I met this beautiful family, when they booked me for a Christmas mini session when their daughter – L, was just a few months old. The mom – C, the dad – A, and I had so much fun during that photoshoot. Then, summer of last year, I did L’s wonderful rainbow themed cake smash session at their home in Ashburn, Virginia. After that, we did a fall mini session last year where we did their pregnancy announcement photos.

Last month, another precious chapter of their life began as they welcomed their second baby – J, into the world. I am very honored that they asked me again to document their wonderful family. Because of some life changes they recently had & everyone’s schedule, they decided to do a lifestyle family photoshoot in their beautiful home in Ashburn, Virginia.

C got matching adorable outfits for L and J that compliments her and A’s outfits. The family photoshoot was such a fun one and it went amazingly well. There’s a lot of music, giggles and chasing L around the house. It’s also great bonus because J is such a happy baby! We also took some  photos on their backyard while L ran around barefoot. I can’t believe how much she grew since I last saw her! Time really flies fast!
